First-Year Students Arrive, Park, Unpack, Hug, Begin Next Chapter

The Class of 2019 arrived on campus yesterday, and with help from other students, their families and Bowdoin staff, they unpacked their luggage and met their roommates. Then they gathered at Farley Field House for an approximately 500-student sleepover before setting off on their orientation trips this morning. The students will return to campus Saturday for on-campus orientation. Classes begin Sept. 3.
