Andrew Rudalevige, Bowdoin’s Thomas Brackett Reed Professor of Government and scholar of the presidency,  is quoted in the recent USA Today article, “Obama’s Executive Action Rollouts Increasing in Pace.”

“Instead of channeling Bill Clinton, he started channeling Harry Truman taking on the ‘Do Nothing’ Congress.” Read the article in its entirety.
