Macauley Lord ’77, head fly-fishing instructor at L.L. Bean’s Discovery School, has been given the highest distinction in the fly casting world, the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Federation of Fly Fishers. The award recognizes Macauley’s long career as teacher, author, and ambassador for the sport.
