Video: Andy Serwer ’81 Predicts ‘Harry Potter’ Popularity for New Steve Jobs Book (Morning Joe)

Sitting around the Morning Joe table as he regularly does, Fortune magazine managing editor Andy Serwer ’81 talks about the cover story, Walter Isaacson’s much-anticipated biography of Apple founder Steve Jobs. Excerpts of the book have been embargoed until Monday, but Serwer offers viewers a glimpse. “It’s an amazingly moving story about Steve Jobs’ relationship with Bill Gates, his arch-nemisis, really, kind of a parallel-universe relationship,” says Serwer in the clip. “They both start off as friends. Both born the same year. Both computer savants who dropped out of college. They were friendly, then they had a major falling out, and they reconciled at Steve’s deathbed.”
