Collectors Find Niche In Low-Tech Nostalgia

Groups of collectors and antiquities dealers are rebelling against the digital age by amassing tactile objects such as vinyl records, cassettes, lapel buttons, comic books and zines. “For me, it’s never about anything resurging because, for me, this stuff never went away,” says Bohus Blahut, co-editor of the technology blog Retro Thing. “I always listened to vinyl, always played Atari, never put them in the shed for later.”
