Bowdoin College Museum of Art Provides ‘Unexpected Surprises’ (Huffington Post)

Barbara Ernst Prey, artist and member of the National Council on the Arts, writes of the “gem of an exhibit” (Object of Devotion) she stumbled upon when visiting the Bowdoin College Museum of Art.

The alabaster sculpture exhibition, the accompanying Displaying Devotion exhibition, and a nod to the Assyrian Reliefs upstairs, compose a large part of Prey’s Huffington Post article, “College Museums Provide Unexpected Surprises … Off the Beaten Path.”
