Video: Goldsmith ’05, Fulton ’06 Collaborate on ‘Canopy in the Clouds’

Greg Goldsmith ’05 (left) and Drew Fulton ’06 (right) have collaborated on an immersive multimedia project, Canopy In The Clouds, designed to inspire a new generation of science education students using media from tropical mountain cloud forests. To complete the educational materials, which are available free of charge online, Goldsmith and Fulton partnered with award-winning teacher Erin Dukeshire ’05. Their project was funded by the National Geographic Society’s Young Explorers Grant Program, U.S. National Science Foundation and the Tropical Science Center of Costa Rica.

    I had Greg Goldsmith and Erin Dukeshire as students when I was a visiting professor at Bowdoin. They were great students and great people! I am so glad they are doing amazing things (but not surprised). Way to go guys!
