Football – The Amherst College football team scored touchdowns on their first three possessions and never looked back in a 38-7 win at Bowdoin Saturday.
Men’s soccer – Bowdoin senior co-captain Ben Denton-Schneider scored the game-winning goal with less than seven minutes remaining to give the Polar Bears a 2-1 victory over Connecticut College.
Women’s soccer – Three different Polar Bears scored as the Bowdoin College women’s soccer team defeated Connecticut College 3-1 on Saturday afternoon at Pickard Field.
Field hockey – The Bowdoin College field hockey team scored three times in a span of 11:38 to put away visiting Connecticut College, 3-0, at Ryan Field.
Women’s volleyball – Bowdoin’s volleyball team is off to their best-ever start in NESCAC play and sits in a tie for first-place in the conference after a Saturday sweep of Connecticut College, 3-2, and Trinity, 3-0, in matches played at Wesleyan University.
Women’s rugby – The Bowdoin College women’s rugby team bounced back from last week’s loss to take a convincing 32-0 win over the University of Maine-Orono.
