Capital Offense: The Case against Uppercase (NY Post) Archives

We know that it’s poor form to use all-uppercase words in emails – BECAUSE IT COMES OFF AS SHOUTING. And now, it’s official: capital letters can be downright dangerous, so says the Federal Highway Administration. In New York City, that means spending more than $27 million to replace 250,000 signs with those that capitalize only the first letter.
