University Spends Week Without Social Media (NPR) Archives

Pennsylvania’s Harrisburg University is quitting social media – cold turkey – for one week. No Facebook. No Twitter. No kidding. Students will write essays about their experience and, it’s hoped, redefine real friendship along the way.
