Baseball: The Bowdoin College Baseball Team will make its first trip to NESCACs since 2007 and will play Williams, the top seed in the NESCAC West Division, to start the NESCAC Championship on Friday at Bentley University.
Men’s Lacrosse: The Bowdoin College men’s lacrosse team will look to win their first conference championship at the 2010 NESCAC Men’s Lacrosse Tournament hosted by Tufts University this Saturday and Sunday. The fourth-seeded Polar Bears will play sixth-seeded Middlebury in the second semifinal game on Saturday beginning at 3:00 p.m. The NESCAC Championship game is scheduled for Sunday at 12:00 p.m. All games will be broadcast live on the web courtesy of Jumbocast.
Softball: The Bowdoin College softball team will look to claim their first conference title at the 2010 NESCAC Softball Championship hosted by Williams College this weekend. The Polar Bears, seeded second out of the East Division, will open play against the Ephs, the West Division’s top seed, at 2:30 p.m. Friday. The double-elimination tournament continues on Saturday morning with winner’s bracket and loser’s bracket games. A complete schedule is available on the NESCAC Web site. Tennis: The Bowdoin College men’s and women’s tennis teams will take to the court this weekend at Amherst College in search of conference titles at the 2010 NESCAC Tennis Championships. The women’s team (9-6, 3-4 NESCAC) is seeded fifth and will face Middlebury at 9:00 a.m. Friday. The Polar Bear men (10-5, 5-3 NESCAC) are seeded fourth and will face Trinity in the opening round Friday at 1:00 p.m.
